(assessments must be administered on Celéri Health tablets or via a patient's smart device)
To purchase tablets for in-clinic use, please visit the store below and choose the quantity that you would like to receive. As a new Celéri member, each practice is entitled to receive two complimentary tablets, simply use the Coupon Code found in your Welcome email at checkout.
* Maximum two per practice. Cost of Tablets will be waived if subscription exceeds 6 months. To avoid tablet charge upon cancellation, tablets must be returned to Celéri scratch-free and in good condition.
